I weighed 120 when I found out I was pregnant with twins. I didn't gain any weight until week 14...maybe 16 now I'm gaining a lot.  Ive gained about 20 pounds since then and now I'm at week 22. My doctor told me to gain about 35 pounds, and that I'll probably deliver around week 36. considering I've already gained more than half the weight he recommended in 5 weeks and I still have about 14 to go I'm a little nervous. Haha. Damn holiday food.

When I First Found Out I Was Preqnant I Was 130lbs.
I Kept Losinq Weiqht, I Had Dropped Down To 114.
Finally About 2 Months Ago I Started Gaininq I'm Now At 141.
But I'm Still Really Small (Due In Few Days)
So Where The Weiqht Went I Don't Know Cause I'm Still Lil, People Don't Even Believe Me When I Say My DD Is Around The Corner.
But Everyone Is Different, As Lonq As Your Lil One Is Healthy (;

Everyone weighs different and everyone gains/loses differently during pregnancy. My sister at her top pregnancy weight was 120 and that is with gaining 30lbs. As for me I have lost 10lbs and I'm 34 weeks. My doctor says not to worry since my little on is growing. As long as you and the little one are good then I wouldn't worry about it.
