Hello ladies i found out on tues dat im 1cm dialated 50% effaced im 36 wks i was jus wonderin how long do it take to dialate more im a ftm
I'm a FTM but I agree with ^ bcus I'm 34 wks this Saturday and since 30 weeks I been 1cm dilated & getting contractions now on my last appt my doc told me I am very soft so to be careful so I think the more effaced you are the quicker you dilate ... & congrats btw (:
Once you're 100% effaced you will start dialating faster
