I tried to quit smoking but only cut back. My Dr isn't concerned as long as I have cut back. We will be moving and won't be smoking at the new house so hope that works and my Dr sent a Rx for patches for me I'm going to try. Good luck I know the struggle. Just try to be firm n strong about it.

I stopped smoking when I planned on getting pregnant. The patch helped me quit.

There's no easy way I stopped smoking on 4 weeks when I found out it was hard I did cold turkey but the thought of the baby's health kept me strong good luck
