I use a back/belly pain helps a lot with the back pain. Or as YoungLadyDay14 said a sheet tied around your back under you belly does the same thing.

Talk to your doctor.  Mine gave me a perscription to see a massage therapist so insurance would cover it.

Also try soaking in a warm bath and using a heating pad. When Im around the house I tie a sheet around my back &under my belly to relieve some of the pressure. It works wonders.

I mostly get small lower back/sciatic pains and sitting/bouncing on a birthing/exercise ball seems to help. I don't know why but I read that somewhere and it does give some relief

I've been seeing a chiropractor who specializes in pregnant women and it has done wonders. My back feels so much better.
