Same here, the clinic i went to for my first sonogram told me my due date was September 29th. Evenif i low pains ( wonder if they re contractions) they come and go as the baby also moves at the same time very uncomfortable. But otherwise, i have been waiting eagerly for the heavy contra..... but nothing. My Obgyn had me take a Bpp test everything came out well. Now my expected due date is oct 1st. I was soo scared when my Obgyn ordered me to get a sonogram at this stage (39weeks) when i just had one last Wednesday, but i am glad everything is ok with my lil hero. First pregnancy isnt a joke. Cos i cant even tell if its a bracton hick or just some stomach pain. God help me and you Eli..... Everything will be alright and your cervix en enfacement will open at God's own timing. For me they have given me untill 41 weeks, then induction if nothing happens. But i am believing God who started this formation to finish. Be strong Eli.

I agree with the 1st post.. if it's ur 1st u still have 1 to 2 weeks left. Or unless u get induced. But try the walking and all those recommendation but ur cervix needs to be ready.. softening..

I have 17 days left and would give anything to get this started. Sex doesn't seem to be helping me much i have contractions for a bit then they stop

is this your first pregnancy? Most first timers arrive later than expected but to help u along, u could try going for walks, castor oil, sex...that's just among the few things OB's tell their patients if their late but you're not considered late yet. What are your contractions like?
