I'm only 34 weeks and have put on 14.5 kg and this app has constantly told me I'm overweight in pregnancy but my midwives and doctors think I'm just fine and I also pretty much wear all my old clothes. Don't let it worry you if you feel great don't worry about numbers and I don't know about u but I have a big belly which I'm guessing has most of the weight
With my 1st pregnancy I gained 50 pounds I was thin to start with and after 2 weeks I was back down to 110, my second pregnancy I was about 130 when I got pregnant and gained 24 lbs. And again lost it right after. This pregnancy it only 17 weeks but so far have gained 4 lbs. Don't stress about weight so much, it's not easy to grow a baby and it will she'd off after. I wore my pre pregnancy pants into the hospital on delivery day for both baby's and I was a 41 weeks with both prior. You have to put into account sweeling, boobays and also baby and the extras. No stressing the app is goofy.
Ah, that makes me feel better. I foubd it strange neither my doctor or midwife have made any weight comments either way. I don't feel as though i am overly large :-)
App told me this too and turns out it's going to be a big baby. I'm 86kg at the mo and 37 weeks and put on approx 14 kg in d pregnancy
No I know it said that I'm not gaining enough but I got a bmi of 27 so I don't need to gain so much ! It's just a guide line!!
Mine says I've gained excessive weight. Even though I'm only 1 pound over the recommended weight gain. So don't listen to the app. Unless your ob/midwife says anything, then I wouldn't worry about it.
Lol mine says I've gained too much and I just ignore it
I didn't out my weight in for that very reason. I don't wanna get mad at the app lol
Everyone is different and I think its unfair for the app to say you've put on too much weight. The only person who can really judge that is your midwife or ob/gynae. Im 25 weeks and have put on 10kgs...mine is all over and i have a big belly, but I was really active pre-pregnancy & then i wasnt medically cleared to exercise again until a few weeks ago. Try not to worry, your weight gain is healthy & helpful for your baby :-)
