Vitamin D

I need to take vitamin D, but I did not ask her if it is ok to take while pergnant
Is it safe?

Thanks. I was woried becouse I had 5 MCs, and I did not want to regret taking it nor regret not taking it..

Vitamin D is recommended during pregnancy, centrum pregnancy and pregnacare both have vitamin D in ingredients.

I take calcium 600 mg plus D3 and have taken it since my 2nd trimester so I'd imagine it is safe.

They sent Vitamin D drops home with us to give to our baby for about two months, and they said they give them to every baby that is born at that hospital. Therefore, I would assume it's okay. Just double check with your dr though.
