Migraines

Anyone getting them? I'm 9 weeks and this is my second bout with one, they last 3 days at a time. I used to frequently get pretty bad migraines before I was pregnant but had prescription medication that I obviously can't take now. It's miserable, coupled with all day nausea. I've laid in dark rooms with ice pack on my head for hours on end but nothing helps. Any one experience this?

Look it up some migraines are from no caffine. I have to drink a coke a day. But everyone's diffrent.

Thanks for replying ladies! I cut out caffeine in January when I decided to try to get pregnant, and don't do much sugars- that I can think of consciously right now... Ice cream here and there. I drink a huge bottle of water through my work day. Not sure what the triggers are, just miserable :-(. I see my Dr Tuesday so I'll see what she says! Thanks again for chiming in :-)

For my first I had terrible migraines my entire pregnancy along with morning sickness. Dehydration  was a big reason. Talk to your Dr. Drink ensure. Good luck hope they don't last. Do you know your triggers?

Have you cut out caffine and sugars? A friend of mine did that and it helped.
