spd?
I keep getting this horrible pain in my right groin area, its like sometimes i cant walk on that leg. Its not all the time but when its there i feel like crawling somtimes.
This is my 4th pregnancy i am 30 weeks.
Never experienced this befor.
have heared of spd but not entirely sure what itvis or if this is it?

Pain in the groin due ri the stretching of the round ligaments, the ligaments that support the uterus. As the baby, and uterus, get bigger, they stretch and can can pain- sometimes bad enough that we see people in the emergency room for it. There's nothing that can be done to help it, just take Tylenol.
What is round ligament pain?
Round ligament pain possibly. Nothing can be done about this, sadly.
