Gingerale..tums..crackers..sea band..mint..try it all eventually you will find something that works for you..good luck:)
I have to take Zantac 150 mg twice a day and it helps alot. I couldn't get any relief from tums or anything else.
Constant chewing of strong spearmint gum helps alot.. Works wonders.. Preferably the black or green package of dentyne ice... But mostly cut down on greasy foods or eating before laying down
Try a tablespoon of vinegar, it helps me a lot. ..
You can try tums but nothing really just took it away from me, I've been dealing with it for 6 wks straight glad my pregnancy almost over
