Waxing and Hair Coloring

How many of you have continued your routine waxes and hair appointments? It's in my routine to get bikini waxes and usually get my hair highlighted during summer. Did any of you have any problems with any of it?! I'm a ftm and only 13 weeks so just wanting to get other opinions.

I have waxed and colored my hair with all my pregnancy. Waxing sometimes hurts a little more than usual,  but nothing too bad. I'm an esthetican and I have never been told we couldn't wax pregnant women.

Yes, same thing.. I forgot to ask at my last appt and don't have one for another 4 weeks.. I can always call. But everyone is giving me mixed answers, I read waxing is ok and actually pregnant women love it for the convenience. Other people telling me no to stay away from it all... Just want others opinions.

I colored my hair at 5 weeks and plan on continuing every 6-7 weeks as usual. I have read that there's no proof showing that coloring your hair is dangerous to the baby. I also read that highlighting (which is what I do) is even less likely to do harm since the coloring agent very rarely touches the scalp. I did mean to ask my dr about it yesterday but forgot so I will ask before my next hair appointment. If it makes you feel better, just ask yours :)

You shouldn't get any waxing while pregnant especially bikini, your blood flow/volume increases an can cause even more swelling and irritation.
