Spotting/cramping

I'm hoping someone can give me peace of mind. I'm 9 weeks 3days pregnant with my second baby. I had a vaginal ultrasound done today with a pap smear. The dr. Told me I will probably have some spotting. The pap smear was pretty uncomfortable and a little painful. Pinching, poking etc. As soon as I got home I went to the bathroom and there was brown clumpy blood.im also experiencing some mild cramping. Just kind of uncomfortable feeling like when I was having the pap done. I've gone to the bathroom like 5 times since and still have blood. There was even a tiny reddish brown clump when I wiped. I have a home doppler and was able to find the babies heartbeat which made me feel better. BUT I'm still worried. Has this happened to anyone and the baby is ok???

Its normal to bleed or spot after a pap as long as you arent filling a pad. And brown blood is not a worry its just old blood.

Hi, I'm 14 weeks with my 4th child and never had a vaginal ultrasound and never have spotted while pregnant. What I would suggest is to call your Dr. And ask if its normal and if you keep spotting then go to an ER. I would have bed rest and try to relax until I found out what's going on. Good luck and hope all is well with you and baby.
