I am 21 weeks and I have already gained 20lbs. It makes me nervous...am I the only one who is starving all the time?? Should I feel terrible?

You definitely shouldn't feel horrible! Like offers have said just try to make sure what you're eating is healthy - LOTS of protein and veggies at the top of your list - and then don't stress about it over that. I gained sixty with my daughter (I definitely did go overboard bc I gave myself free reign) but aside from the work of trying to lose that after baby, everything was completely fine. :) If you're not already try to set a timer for 20 mins of consecutive exercise a day (even just walking) five days a week and that will help too, plus it will help labor go smoother and help recovery. Gotta stay strong! <3

You shouldn't feel terrible at all but at the same time if you are always hungry it's so important to make sure your eating good healthy foods rather than junk! Don't forget most of your weight is gained in your 3rd trimester so try not to gain loads as this increases the risk of gestational diabetes and does your baby no good!
Pregnancy is not an excuse to get over weight on purpose! Eat nice healthy salads and vegetables with the occasional treat!

As long as you're eating well/healthy, you should be fine. Don't over do sweets/ carbs for risk of gestational diabetes. Even if you gained way more, it's not too bad. An acquaintance told me she put on 105 lbs and her daughter is fine now at 14/15 years old.
