Anyone else have ACH & placenta previa?

I have been spotting all my pregnancy they found out I had ACH 4cm when I was 8 weeks. I am 19 weeks now it grew to 9cm and have been placed on bed rest for two weeks. My bleeding is off and on where I change my pad 2-8 times a day depending on the day. They stated the baby is doing amazing but they are worried about me. I've already had a blood transfusion and getting a high risk ultrasound this week. Is anyone else going through this? How are you coping? My husband bought me a doppler to ease my mind. I already have anxiety disorder and this is only causing more stress.

I was spotting cause I was on my feet a lot. The dr told me not to worry then thrh aid I had a low laying placenta and from me being in bed rest and at 45 degree angle with my feet up it made things better . Now he is saying my baby has a small head
