Hello! Just found out I'm 6 weeks along with my 2nd. However, I'm worried because I haven't lost as much weight from having my 18 month old as I wanted to before having another. I need some tips to help maintain a healthy pregnancy without becoming too much of a whale lol

Im 13wks n with my third son my second just turned 13mos. Same position  as u. My mother nd cousins told me just gotta be strict nd persistent with ur diet. Exercising daily even if its just a few walks around the block or a few times up nd down the stairs.

Ive made this mentality for myself that i shouldn't nd will not be lazy, be active even if its just cleaning house. Not to snack on goodies too much like my other pregnancies. I think if you can keep this basic things in mind. You'll  be fine  =)
