What all goes in a diaper bag?

I bought a diaper bag today and for the life of me I cannot think of what goes in the thing. Definitely got the pregnancy brain going on here. Thanks for your help everyone :-)

When my son was born I basically packed 2-3 changes of clothes.. extra blankets.. wipes.. hand full of diapers.. bum cream.. when he was older and was teething I packed the infant Tylenol. Could not leave without it.. generally if you pack something you will not need it. So I've noticed.. now he's potty training and we're back to bringing a few changes of clothes and pull ups.. snacks etc.. and I'm on baby #2 lol
