Mangos and colace! I went 10 days without going.  It was traumatic!  Now I take a colace everyday and eat as much mango as possible. (The magical poop fruit. As my doctor calls it) most prenatal vitamins are loaded with iron which is what's making you constipated.

Prune juice can help. Lots of green leafy vegetables like kale and broccoli and spinach can help.  Avoid bananas and cheese

Watermelon! I had colace prescribed to me because vi didn't go for 10 days. Didn't help. But I ate watermelon and I literally went like 6 times in 24 hours. Its a miracle.

prune juice,  dates, figs and walnuts. all high fiber and also help lubricate your colon especially the walnuts. also to get things going in the morning try hot water with lemon on an empty stomach.

Colace helps (stool softner), a fiber substitute and drinking lots of apple juice...they wont give you instant results but you will get good results at some point throughout the day.  I hope you feel better soon abd congrats on baby.

Try some fiber one bars or cereal.  I also use tea called smooth moves that has seemed to have worked wonders for helping me.  You can also maybe try some apple juice or Gatorade    good luck and I hope you get to feeling better soon!
