Could be blood pressure or blood sugar.  I had that same problem from weeks 20 to about 27ish. I found that not moving around to fast and eating French fries helped. Taking daily walks help as well. If you drink a lot of sugar drinks id cut back on that. Water, milk or diet drinks are better for yas. Juice if your belly well handle the acids.

Actually salt will help you raise your bp but ask your dr. If they're Ok with you raising your intake.   But if you're not dizzy or passing out, don't worry about raising it.

Should I just drink water or sugary stuff..and they only checked it once and it was with a machine...the only reason I went to go get checked was because I was feeling dizzy and heart pounding really fast nd almost fainting so they say my blood pressure could be the cause of what's happening

Drink more fluids, lie down and  elevate your feet. Although did they check it more than once and check it manually? It's a little weird for the systloic and diastolic numbers to be that close together.
