What can i do while pregnant to ensure that my milk supply comes in healthy?

I'm currently pregnant with my 4th and I've attempted to nurse all 3 of my babies but my milk supply never seemed to be healthy enough so I've had to switch to formula at approximately 6wks with each one. I don't want to make the same mistake with this baby so I'm wondering if there is anything I can do while pregnant to ensure that my milk supply comes in healthy...

Look online for a recipe for lactation cookies. Sounds silly i know but i have heard lots of mom's day they work. Also oatmeal milk believe it or not and lots and lots of water and make sure you are eating healthy for yourself plus some extra for baby.

Fenugreek can cause really severe gas for you and baby, so you might want to steer clear of that. Beer helps but it's only temporary, but definitely stay really hydrated, lots and lots of water.

While pregnant: eating oatmeal and of course, lots of water. Try to avoid too much caffeine.
After pregnancy: fenugreek, mothers milk tea, hops (beer), and again, lots of water.
These were just tips I got at my hospital. Hope it helps

There's nothing you can do while pregnant since milk doesn't come in until after birth. I use this herbal tincture called mother's milk, it helps to bring in your breast milk at an increased volume. It doesn't always work for everyone but it does work for me and has for one of my friends that I have bought it for. You can purchase it from amazon if you're interested. I would also buy the liquid instead of the pills because the liquid tincture works better, but a fore warning it does taste like crap, literally like crap! You can mix it with a shot of OJ.  If you are willing to do anything to help with milk production this might help.
