What do hiccups feel like?
So I have no idea what hiccups feel like. Lately I've been feeling rhythmic beats below my belly button. The beats come every 2-3 seconds and the whole encounter lasts anywhere from a few minutes to 10minutes. I'm not sure of they are hiccups though, because it's so fast and I can only feel it from the inside. Almost like my heartbeat. I literally counted 19 of them in 1 minute! Are these hiccups?!

Sounds like hiccups. eventually you will feel them on the outside
I think they are I am 29 and have felt the same thing you are
