What do you eat for breakfast?

A recent study was just released that choline is a pretty essential part of a pregnancy diet- or it should be, as it's reported that women who had 930 mg of choline in their diets, had children with higher IQ's- so how do you get that?  One great way is to start of your day with eggs, bacon, and sausage for breakfast.

What do you think of this study?  Are you eating a breakfast that includes eggs, bacon, or sausage?  Do you think you will start?
