What do you think?

Is it bad that I don't really care how much weight I gain this pregnancy? This is my third and final pregnancy. My previous two pregnancies I gained 55 and 45. This one so far I'm 29 weeks (tomorrow) and have gained roughly 30lbs. I don't really care since it's my last pregnancy.

When I'm not pregnant I am really active, working out 6 times a week. I'm not eating completely unhealthy, but not eating entirely healthy either. (Pregnancy cravings get the best of me) As I see it, I only have roughly 10 weeks left since I'm scheduling a c-section so I'm not going to stress myself by weight gain. I plan on losing it fairly quickly after having this baby.

Anyone else not care about their weight gain? Does it make me a bad parent?

Yeah. I knew a girl who skipped meals because she was worried about weight gain. I felt bad for her and her baby. I felt more insecure with my first but since I've had two pregnancies already where I lost the weight quickly I'm not too worried. :) thanks for responding. It sounds like we have similar mindsets!

I'm pregnant with my first I'm 37 weeks & id about my weight gain either! ive gained almost 50lbs!! I gained 42lbs exactly which is definitely more than I should have gained but my dr isnt worried about it & I'm not either. I plan to breastfeed & I'm very active when I'm not pregnant so I'm fairly confident that I'll lose the weight rather quickly once shes outta me. I wouldnt say it makes you a bad parent at all what so ever. I would be more concerned if you were overly worries about gaining too much weight.
