What helps with a cold

I have a really bad cold my doctor gave me a list of medications I can take but I'm honestly scared too. Any suggestions to help keep feel better? Thank you in advance

You can take Tylenol cold, it will help

Your doc would not give you a list of meds that you can take if they were dangerous mama. I wouldn't worry. But in general, just increase fluids and rest. You can try hot tea with honey and lemon- that helps with sore throats and coughing. Throat lozenges are also helpful,

I had really nasty cold was drinking tea with lemon and honey, chopped some garlic mixed with a little bit of butter put thin layer on the bread and eat it, chopped two onions put the in the jar added on tea spoon of sugar mixed it and leave it for a while drink the juice. I know it does not sound bicentenary but it did help me.

Take extra vitamin c. You can also take tylenol products.
