What is it with these black yoga pants??

You mommies to be experiencing the cough or sneeze "oops I just peed myself!" Just last week I was wearing the black yoga pants and sneezed and had to run to my room because I accidentally peed. Tonight I wore them again and sure enough I'm mid talking to my 8 yr old daughter and sneezed. I peed so much I had to scrub the spot on the couch where I was sitting. To make matters worse my children starting laughing hysterically and announced it to my husband lol!!!! Oh the joys of pregnancy!  Please share your stories so I don't feel so silly:)

I peed in the bed. I get tired of getting up and tried to hold my bladder while sleeping. #epicfail I started peeing on myself and I hurry and woke up and had a spot in the bed! Thank God for an understanding boyfriend!

I'm only 9 weeks, but this is my second pregnancy and my bladder is so week now. I've been really nauseated this time around and pee almost everytime I throw up. Thankfully, I haven't been coughing or sneezing though. Thank you for the funny stories!

Haha I was squatting putting laundry away and sneezed and major peed myself!  I then tried to sneak upstairs and past my husband. Well he caught me half way to my closet and smacked my ***.......and pee spot! He was definitely shocked! So embarrassing!

Been there. Threw up and peed, sneezed and peed. Try pant liners and kegals. When you go to the bathroom and pee try to stop the pee mid flow. If you can do it then you are using the right muscles.  Throughout thw day do them. Clench the muscles ten seconds and release and repeat. You can increase the hold time as you strengthen the muscles. :-)

Thats really funny! You and your son will laugh about that for years to come! I've been trying to do kegel exercises as much as possible. Not sure if I'm doing them correctly though.

I know what you mean. The other day i had just finished taking a shower. I put on a little sun dress since i was just going to be in the house,only to walk down my hall way and sneeze a paddle of pee. My 5 year old laugh so hard he peed on himself .we both took shower after ...lol don't worry happens to the best of us. Just make sure your doing keigle (i think that's how you spell it ) exercises.

Hahaha yes! But it comes with laughing for me too! just yesterday I was wearing my black leggings and peed myself. Im almost 40 weeks and laughing is not something i can do with anything in my bladder. My mother made me laugh so hard, I spit out the sip of drink I had taken and there came out the trickles. I ran to the bathroom and am so surprised I didn't leave a huge puddle on the couch. I just left a little stain haha

I haven't sneezed and peed myself yet but around 15 weeks or so I had bronchitis and got into a coughing fit and peed myself. I was happy to be home (and alone) so I could change my clothes! Lol
