My friend tried everything under the sun and nothing worked she was induced at 40+, so I dont believe in it. I think the baby comes when its ready... but if you Google it gives you whole list of things. I hear walking is good and bouncing on a medicine ball, spice foods, and there is some yoga positions as well that can help. Good luck momma♡
