blurred vision like blacking out

Would being really nauseated make u have blurred vision to the point where you can only see letters and number coming and goong???

I called on call doctor he said I was fine probably a migraine. ..he's never seen me so I was like whatever he wasn't concerned at all

Oh ya and have a headache when I stand up its like sharp pain in my head

I called my doctor they told me to drink water a lot of it and  lay down and if I wasn't better in like an hour call back...well my vision  is OK now I took my blood pressure with my mother inlaws machine every time my blood pressure was low and my heart rate high. ..I feel weak and light headed.dizzy when I get up...I dont want to just run  to the er...should I call them back or go to er and just lay down??

You need to elevate your feet And call your Dr.

The cause of it was if me having low blood pressure,  and I also had the worst headache while everything was happening. I felt like myhead wwas gonna explode.

When, i was around 25 weeks,  I went with my husband to his court. But when we got there,  i started feeling really nasues and then literally my sight was gone i couldn't see a thing. Even tho i couldn't see I still got up because I knew I was gonna throw up. Well I got up got out of the courtroom and i barely went up 1 step on the stairs and I fell down threw up and passed out next thing you know paramedics are there and im in my way to the hospital. It was awful.

Change in vision is a sign of preeclampsia. Are you havig headaches too?

Nausea alone shouldn't do that to your vision. If that's the case I would call the doctor.
