Eating a snack before bed and eating something small within a few minutes of waking up. I found I only get nauseous if I'm not eating enough.
Plain potato chips, yogurt, cinnamon candy, fireball hot candy, sour patch kids, dry toast, wearing my sea bands 24/7, peppermint candy were all things that helped me. I have morning sickness back in my 3rd trimester so Ive gone back to using all these things!
Ginger Ale worked great for me.

Mint gum or regular steeped tea are the only things that help me a bit

Anything salty worked for me.
Seabands. Zofran, Diclegis. Sour good lemonade, sour patches
Nothing actually worked for me. I was sick all day up until 16 weeks, and then it stopped. It was rough, but I was just glad it didn't last the whole pregnancy!
