cant sleep
Good morning lady's I can't sleep. Everyone have a good day.
My doc told me to take Benadryl for a sleep aid. It's the only way I am getting a couple hours a night. Can't sleep during the say more than 10 minutes.
Me too. I asked the doc if i could take Tylenol pm. I was told no.
If yoy get chance try and have dome sleep in the day.... I found i can sleep better in the day for couple of hours.....but not always it is possible....
