When to pack your hospital bag?

Im 33 weeks,
when should i have everything packed for when i go into labor?
i keep reading a bunch of different answers...
I don't wanna pack to early, nor to late.

alsooo, do you take the diaper bag? Or just a duffle bag/just your own bag of stuff?

Im 36 weeks, ive had my bag packed for a few weeks already. I had my shower last weekend so now his diaper bag is packed too! Its better to be safe than sorry! Then again, im no procrastinator. Im just way to excited! Can you tell this is my first child!?

I packed our bags at 37wks. I am 39 wks now and I am still randomly throwing things in the bags

It's been six years since I had to, but I began  purchasing items at 32 weeks and packed both bags at 36 weeks.

I packed baby's bag at 33 weeks and I'm packing my bag tonight actually (34 weeks) can never be over prepared!!!!

I would go ahead and pack. If for no other reason than your peace of mind. Also, check with your hospital, because mine had recommendations on how to pack and when to bring that bag in with you. For instance, when I first get there, I'll take in my Labor Bag. A small bag with shoes to wear at the hospital, a birthing ball to blow up and an extra pillow (things to help you through labor).  Once they move me to my recovery room, my hubs will bring in BOTH of our overnight bag (with pj's, toiletries, breast feeding stuff and clothes for him) and the diaper bag. All though I don't need to have the whole diaper bag in there really until we're almost ready to go home.

I have always figured anytime after 36 weeks was fair game, so I try to have all of it ready by then.

I am almost 36 weeks. I have had her bag packed for about a week. I really need to pack mine.

after you make your list you can start packing it...one less thing to think about our have to prepare and then off something comes up later that would have prevented it you won't be stressed...plus that will give you find to gather items and purchase what you might need

I packed the diaper bag for baby and a backpack for me ... im 37 weeks tomorrow and just packed babies bag YESTERDAY and have not packed mine yet lol ive been procrastaing for to long... u should just pack it just in case ya never know
