I'm 25 weeks with my second baby. My son is 18 months old and very active. The first trimester is extremely exhausting and I wondered how I was going to last 9 months being so tired and taking care of my toddler.  It does get easier I promise. There are days where I'm more tired then usual but it will get easier. Really do try to nap any chance you get though it helps a ton. Hang in there mama!

I'm 27wks with my second. I have a very active 10 month old son so, when I want to nap he may not. But I do nap when he does. I have been extremely fatigued this pregnancy unable to work, unlike with my son I worked the same week I gave birth. So sorry I wish I could say it will go away soon, but I am not sure being I'm in my third trimester still dealing with extreme fatigue... And yes I do get breaks/help with my son. Congrats on baby, I pray that everything works out for you and you have a safe, quick, and healthy delivery! May God bless you!!!

I'm having the same issue. But I'm now 14 weeks. Still have to take a nap or two to make it through the day. But I feel a slight increase in my energy. Usually somewhere in the second trimester everything levels out and you feel better. Just hang in there.

I'm very much the same! I have to nap every afternoon or I feel like I cant get through the day. Being tired also makes my nausea worse. I have low iron, could this be the case for you?
