Where do you get your info from?

Luckily I had two family members with pregnancy books I stole from their bookshelves. I did not have to buy them....Thank God. Prior to reading them for medical advice, I lived on google. Before I ate anything suspicious....before I buy fish I checked the mercury levels....when I have symptoms I look for natural relief online. I think some womem on here rely on this app for far too important info from their peers instead of doing the research themselves. That's scary. Some info online is a bit skewed snd we need an experienced mother's opinion, but when it comes to the health of the baby and your diet....one should not depend on mere opinion. Ok im done. Sorry.

I look it up and ask my doctor, I don't rely on people. Shame on those women telling others smoking and drinking is fine. Granted, this is my third pregnancy but it's been a little over 10 years.
