u just have to watch the vitamin A intake on them as to much isnt good while pregnet..
I asked my Dr. If I could take protein during pregnancy, she said go ahead! Then I asked her, what about stevia, she had no clue what it was so I'm holding off on protein until I hear from someone else lol.
You should ask your Dr. Muscle building and high intensity workouts are not advised while pregnant, which would be the only reason for taking it... also all that protein can pit stress on your kidneys which are already working overtime.
