Which pregnancy symptoms continue during breastfeeding?

I know your hormone levels don't return to exactly normal while breastfeeding. I only breastfed my first for 6 weeks so I don't really know much about it and since I am planning on breastfeeding this baby longer I'm wondering which pregnancy symptoms arent quite going to go away until I'm done breastfeeding?
Moodiness? Dark blue veins all over? Constipation? Skin darkening? Anemia? Bleeding gums? Appetite? RLS? Etc.

You will be hungry and extremely thirsty . I always had a glass of water when I sat down to feed. Sex drive is low while breastfeeding. blue veins in breasts until you maintain your supply other then that its amazing and it also helps you loose baby weight faster :-) my daughters 15 months and still has nightly feeds but now im pregnant again so im trying to completely wean her but I feel so good she got all the good nutrients from breast feeding and did not have to have an oz of formula you can do it!
