Whole body sore?

I'm still in the 1st trimester, but my entire body is just aching sore. I took this as I needed to get moving, exercise or something. Of course when I did, the aching got worse and I also got sick. I have no clue if this is normal or what! Anyone else have this?

I'm 38 weeks now, my God it doesn't get easier esp in like 3rd trimester,  you will feel soooo exhausted, so sore, plus with back pain, other aches. Sorry, don't mean to be negative though. Wish you an easy pregnancy!

First trimester is utterly exhausting. It gets better after about 12 or 14 weeks! Just test when you need until you start getting your energy back. If you can get a walk in every day that is helpful though. Stretching and yoga also really helpful. But don't push yourself to death
