I feel a lot better! Unfortunately my boss refused to let me call in sick Xmas eve because nobody wanted to work my shift (12-8pm) luckily I work with my ob dr and she raised hell for me after seeing me and learning that I lost 10 lbs. keep in mind that I've only gained 15lbs this pregnancy.

Sips of water whenever you can swallow without puking. I know it *****. You'll get through it, it's a self-limiting (though super nasty) little bug that takes a few days to clear your system. But you and baby will be okay. I had it at about 28 weeks with my first. Ask your doctor or midwife to review the signs of severe dehydration with you - and unless you start to hit those criteria please please don't walk into an ER. Norovirus is SO contagious and spreading it around to the ER nurses and docs could completely cripple them on a holiday week! I'm sorry you're feeling so crappy. I totally feel for you. I promise you'll get better. Try to drink some chicken broth when you're feeling a little better, maybe have some Jello. Good luck, mama.
