You are pregnant it's time to give that little blessing everything you got. If your still struggling ask yourself these questions...

Can it wait till I deliver my baby?
Is it really that serious?
How important is one glass of wine?

Becoming a mother is a blessing, there are so many women out there who would love to be on your shoes.  Wait the nine months honey, then have a glass. Best wishes...

There are new studies that say even one unit of alcohol can stop babies movements for up to two hours and also cut of the oxygen to their brains for up to 2 hours and can sometimes lead to brain damage or FAS (fetal alcohol syndrome). There are risks and it's your choice if you choose to take them throughout your pregnancy, personally I wouldn't but before you do something make sure you are aware of the risks involved  (however small they may be) so you can make a decision for yourself.

People really be trippin on this question. With all the processed food people eat while they are pregnant and fast food places they go to and your worried about a glass of wine. Let me say this I've had no problems with my kids while I had a glass if wine every other day. There is nothing wrong with some women drinking a glass of wine while pregnant. Now if your sitting around trying to get wasted it's a problem but people are taking this issue to a whole other level. Just saying

Please NO. Would you let your baby have a glass of wine after he/she is out of your stomach, no then don't do it when he/she is in there. Don't be selfish its 9 months out of your ENTIRE life. You can have a glass as soon as your not housing your baby. The first thing a doctor tells you to so is not to drink, obviously for good reason.

I do every now and then. Generally keep it to half a glass... I'm a fan of all things in moderation and the research reviews suggest that's fine... You really need to decide for yourself...

I was reading a new article.. (not sure how true it is) but their research showed a fetus can stop breathing for up to 2 hours after a glass of wine which causes issues with the developing brain being deprived of oxygen. I personally dont take the chance at all.. but thats me. Good luck!

From the research I've done, it can actually be a good thing for you and baby. Only one glass, you are not drinking to get inebriated! I always think doing your own research is the best though...
