Working out for the first time

To be honest I haven't "worked out" in a few years. Thos is my first pregnancy and I'm 25 weeks along suffering from some vein issues. My dpctor wants me doing low impact so I managed to get a gym with a swimming pool. HERES THE QUESTION: what othet low impact work outs are safe for me to be doing? My back kinda ***** and I'm obviously worse for wear. I just want whatever is best for this lil' gal on the way.

I find yoga really helpful, its relaxing and stretches all the right places. Ever since I started it, my back pain has nearly gone away! Pilates is another great exercise for reducing back pain... I wouldn't do weights at the gym unless you really know what you're doing...

Swimming is great. You could try Prenatal yoga, tai chi, walking. Good luck
