The thing about working in a restaurant is there are no such things as breaks, especially when it's busy, that's something I don't think people who aren't in the business realize. U are going on your feet nonstop until your done, and that is very hard when pregnant, the reserve energy just isn't there, not to mention the added pains throughout the whole body! I feel your pain! Your body will tell u when your doing too much, but you have to listen to your body!

Hey,

I feel your pain I'm a retail manager for a major retail chain company and the hrs I had to do over the holidays were crazy. I spoke to my nurse about and she says it's normal, but I have back pain and shooting pain in my back that it hurts to walk. Again I was told its okay but I'm on my feet 10 to 12 hrs sometimes only sitting for 1/2 for my shift
