Make sure to do the 7 day treatment and both you and your partner need to clean before and after sex

Stop using soap or any feminine wash ..just warm water.. sometimes soap causes the infection

I had to get an actual prescription for my yeast infection from my midwife. I had it twice and the over the counter stuff didnt work. So then had it another time. I got told its just my hormones and this pregnancy. I never had them until I got pregnant. So irritating

They can be tough sometimes.

If you reduce your sugar intake (including any refined carbs) it weakens the yeast, then when you treat it it will actually go away. It is not fun, but it works. Research candida cleansing. It's the only way I've been able to be yeast infection free!
