What over the counter products have worked to help relieve acid reflux??

I was told Apple cider vinegar diluted in water.  I know it works but its nasty.  great to hear just apples will work!

Fresh apples will help. I had it so bad it was up my throat and into my nose....ate apples for snack and with in a day it was gone.

The Apple will neutralize the acid in the stomach!

I Googled natural ways to treat it and apples came up!

I am an all natural lady. Get some water and put a little baking soda in there. Drink just a liiiiiiiitttttle bit. Nasty, but it worked for me.

All I can get to work for mine is big glass of ice and milk sipped over like an hour or so. :)
