acid relux or wth is this????

So for the past few night i will start to fall asleep and i will jump up gasping for air like im choking or my heart slows down! I dont have any heart issues but i do have a increase in heart burn has this happened to anyone and  if so how did u resolve it ...

Im 30 weeks and wen i over eat right before bed i always suddenly wake up gasping for air because im not giving enough time for the food to digest so it comes right back up while in sleeping!!! Its very scary to wake up like that.

Sound's like Sleep Apnea. Usually people with breathing issues and overweight people get it. Sleep with you head elevated and NOT on your back. If it's happening more then 2x a night let your Dr know.

Not sure if this is the same but my heartburn gets so bad I feel like puking. With the last week I have woken up with the feeling of my throat swelling when I wake up in the morning my neck is swollen but it goes away within 30 mins. If it is I use hard candys to put in my cheek when I wake up through the night.
