advil and pregnancy

What, if anything can I take for a headache?  I've read far too many mixed reviews. I have advil and ibuprofen here, just don't Wana take anything besides my pre natals,  too nerve wracking!

Never ever ever take advil or ibuprofen during pregnancy. It's a blood thinner. Your md should have given you a safe med list. Tylenol.

No Ibuprofen, Aleve,  aspirin or excedrin. Only Tylenol (acetaminophen)

Tylenol or Extra strength Tylenol
No aspirin, ibuprofen that includes Advil, Aleve and Motrin.

I do know you're now suppose to take ibuprofen. Its pretty much Tylenol or extra strength tylenol is what is sad during pregnancy

Only thing u can take is Tylenol extra strength or medication prescribed by the doctor
