I always get mine at Walmart they do help so your stomach is not all flabby and helps with ur stomach muscle I just bought my new one like 2 weeks ago since I have 2 weeks left until my due date

Go to walmart in the workout section and get this lil wrap.
I used it after having my daughter and it helped, I wore about 5-8 hours a day depending on how I felt.
Make sure you put on lotions and oils after pregnancy, expecially if  your going to wear a wrap or girdle
