allergies and pregnant please help

What can I do about allergies? Mine are bad and im considered a high risk. Any ideas?

I took Diclectin, which helped with the nausea as well as the allergies

i do benadryl. I'm allergic to grass pollen and 'tis the season here in Ohio

I asked my dr at my pp appt and she said zyrtec (not sure if that's how u spell it) is safe

My Dr Todd me i could take Sudafed for the congestion and i take  Singulair. That's an rx tho.

My dr told me Benadryl. It helps me a lot and makes me sleepy.

Benadryl is safe for me.  Allergies tend to be worse during pregnancy. I try to avoid the foods I'm allergic to but it's so hard. This is my second pregnancy and everything is fine. You should talk to your doctor and inform him/her of any other existing conditions you have.

Alavert, Claritin, and Benadryl are ok per my Dr office. I'm actually taking Alavert.
