My mum has had 4 repairs across the last 30 years trying to repair what damage was done- 10lb babies do that... she has never been able to ride a bike, run or ride a horse again. I'm booked for a csection for this very reason. It wholly depends on you and your family history. My paternal nan also had trouble and had emergency c section (in the 50s!!!) So I was sunk before I began. I've made myself as fit as possible before conception and been doing my kegels every time I remember. Gl.
I been doing the kegal muscles excercises but I can barely feel if I'm doing them
I've had 3 vaginal deliveries and haven't had any major problems. After my 3rd, I had to brace myself for a sneeze! But that got better over time. Keep up the pelvic floor exercises any time you remember them and you should be fine.
I had a c-section and my son is 6 and I still had issues with random leaking. I never had issues before my pregnancy with him and before being pregnant again I was very fit and healthy. I think it depends on the person.
I never had that problem.. never pead when sneezing or anything like that. I did tear a good amount too so I guess it just varies person to person!
After I delivered I couldn't feel when I had to pee. I had to put a reminder on my phone telling me to go pee. If I didn't I would go 6 hours without peeing. It went back to normal after 3 days I believe
Having vaginal birth can make your bladder muscles weak. There are times I have peed a little because I cant hold it or I do not feel the urge. also jumpimg or anything like that will make it leak. Dependingnl on your body, time and how much exercise you do your body will go back to almost normal bit not comoletely
