in latent labor need to speed it up

Please help ive been in labor for the last 28 hours I need to speed it up any one got any tips. I was in the hospital and my contractions wrre 2 mins apart and lasting 1 min 30secs tyen slowed right down and have been about 15 mins apart . Have had sex going to hover up the stairs and do some house work like moping the floor etc and have been bouncing on my ball, I have also had curry and been drinking raspberry leaf tea!!!!!!!! Dont know if I can do anything else  and I heed to be careful as my energy levels keep droping

YouTube videos on foot massage there are parts of the foot that help move you along, no lie I'm a licensed cosmetologist and we learned all about it

Just keep bouncing ur wee life away on ur ball thats wat i did felt like tigger after a while lol that happened to me n needed my waters broke with all 3 of my baby's. Good luck

All except the nipples and no way would I ever touch castor oil....

Lol. I tried everything in my last week of being preg with my son... Nothing worked! He came when he was good and ready... Lol

I've heard nipple stimulation works. About 10 mins straight then a break for a while then do it again. I've never tried it but after that long I suppose it's worth a try lol
