Walking helps bring on contractions and really helps in prelabor. Many women go past their due date. In the meantime go out to dinner, make freezer meals, whatever to prepare and get your mind off it
I never took the oil and pooped during labor with my daughter so I don't think that matters but I know how you feel.. he will be here before you know it. Try squats, warm bath, heard pressure points help too but never tried it. Good luck
Maybe try bouncing on an exercise ball? Or squats? (Make sure you have someone there to support you if need be)
Otherwise try a warm bath. Just relax and it'll happen. :)
