another gross question from me,38 weeks 4 days.

Its 1:40am in my time zone and I am up with awful cramps and I cant get off my toilet! The cramps are so bad I feel like I could throw up as well as having the runs something fierce!
I didnt exactly have a nutritious dinner.. pizza...but its not out of the ordinary! But getting up in the middle of the to have awful diarrhea is! I have a lower backache but thats pretty common these days!
I read about the body "clearing out" for labor.
Anyones labor start like that? How soon after?

I know I sound silly depserate but Im so done feeling like crap all the time!

I got the stomach bug and ended up in the hospital too... so definitely make sure your drinking... they told me even if you can keep it down for 5 minutes your body will absorb some... good luck tresky and keep us posted... hope that baby is coming out :-)

I just had my baby 2 weeks ago and my water broke then I felt the exact same! I had eaten pizza too lol. My water broke then I got cramps so bad I couldnt breathe and was crying then got bad gas and was going number 2 like crazy!!

I had that yesterday!! Awful cramps back pain, more number 2s than I could count but no sickness..oooooo maybe your starting your journey yayayaya!!!!

I'm from upstate ny. I was so paranoid I was gonna go into labor during the snow storm. But it's crazy. Before I was pregnant i never pooped. Throughout my pregnancy I haven't pooped much. But now at 38+1 I've gone number 2 about 3 times a day add a couple bh contractions today (first time my whole pregnancy) and nausea. Last week was all diareah. Hoping this means the end is near!

I'm in MD and my Doctor told me to be careful b/c there is a stomach bug going around. Uncontrollable diarrhea and vomiting.  My son actually got it and it was crazy non stop for 3 days. We had to make to ER visits so he could get fluids b/c he was so dehydrated. Hopefully thats not foing around in your area. If so I pray you don't have it.

As you started before a lot of people say their bodies clear out before labor begins. Fingers crossed thats what is going on for you. In the meantime drink plenty of fluids so you don't get dehydrated.

Our bodies aren't at all like they should be right now so what you can usually eat. And what your stomach can usually deal with it can't and all that's going to happen is u end up sick

And yeah its been bitter cold here. People complain about pregnancy in summer but winter blows!

I'm near Syracuse NY and just getting real sick of this bipolar NY weather I have my boys and I have wanted to keep active especially now cuz I want to be done with this but its either snow or rain and its freezing cold so our"active" time is usually walking around Walmart and me dealing with tantrums cuz they're spoiled rotten and want everything they see

Thanks for the good luck wishes tinker bell a and treksy I most definitely did and its not over yet i have gotten some of the worst indigestion and heartburn from it all once your not so queasy try strawberry milk but drink it very slow and easy works like a charm I've told all my prego girlfriends and family the same and now they swear by it and most aren't even prego anymore lol

Trust me this is nmbr 5 for me I'm 39 weeks and 3 days and I am going thru the exact same thing right now have been for almost 2 days of clearing out contractions started a few hours ago but aren't changing they are quite mild and I can sorta sleep through most of them just relax and let it happen don't get nervous and anxious cuz it definitely makes it worse
