I've an anterior placenta but my doctor said natural birth is possible for me, I'm really hoping not to go through a c section, ftm so don't have much idea!
I also have an anterior placenta, but my first was not. I have never had a c section so I don't know anything about that. We didn't feel clear movements from the outside for a while, but we feel plenty of movement now, since 30 weeks or so.
Im pregnant with no.2 but had a anterior placenta with both. The only major concern is that anterior placentas can grow low in the uterus and cover up the cervix so you cant have a natural birth and ends in a c section. Its also harder to feel babys movements with a anterior one but I wouldn't be worried unless you have been told by your doctor or midwife that something is wrong :)
