6w 5d and MASSIVE

So,  Hey ladies
I've been reading these threads for a couple weeks and I decided to make an account and ask my question / rant

I'm 6w 5d with my second (my first being a beautiful 19month old son)

I am huge.  With my son I gained 11lbs the whole pregnancy.  This time I've already put on 4lbs! I know some women look bigger with their second pregnancies faster but this is crazy!  The only thing that's bigger is my belly. Everything else is the same size or smaller than before I was pregnant.

I'm constantly exhausted,  the nausea is crippling in the morning and evening. I have no real appetite but I snack.  I also get crazy cramps which I didn't have with my son. this just miserable. I should probably mention that not only do twins run in my family I myself am a twin and I can't seem to get the idea of twins out of my head.

Is this normal?

I have 12more days until my OBGYN appointment  I'm so impatient

I'm 6 weeks 6 days, I was cramping really bad at 4.5 weeks. The er did blood and urine and my hgc came back high. I went to follow up with my doctor, he said that 95% of the time the more time you're pregnant the more the symptoms are heightened, morning sickness, fatigue,  breastfeeding tenderness, the whole 9 yards. He also scheduled me for a ultra sound to make sure that I'm not further along or that I'm not carrying twins(multiples run on both sides) I however I'm only carrying a singleton. With a heart rate of 128, I was high risk with my daughter (who is 7). So it could be a mixture of things.

Thanks I guess I thought I would have more time before I felt blimpy.

These are going to be the longest 12days ever

Maybe it is twins!! Or maybe it's because it hasn't been that long since your last pregnancy so your uterus is more stretched from the first one? Not sure but 4 lbs isn't alot! Congratulations!!
